What is iGROWFIT?

iGROWFIT is a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that offers a wide range of services to support the mental well-being of employees. Our services include preventative activities such as monthly mental well-being webinars, campaigns, and activities, all of which are offered on a shared services model to bring costs down for all participating companies.

We offer confidential counseling on a pay-as-you-use basis, eliminating the need for high upfront fees. Our approach is designed to help companies achieve a happier and healthier workforce, anytime, anywhere.
